Author: Gabrielle Nomura Gainor

Gabrielle blends her experience as a dancer and writer. An award-winning arts journalist, Gabrielle now occasionally freelances but works full-time in public relations. As a dancer and arts leader, she has collaborated with Northwest hip-hop artists, The Bad Tenants, in addition to performing with Bellingham Repertory Dance, The Heavenly Spies, and Relay Dance Collective, of which she is a cofounder. Whether it’s an article or a piece she’s choreographing, Gabrielle is driven by the desire to do good in this world, create amazing content, and contribute to her community. She loves to volunteer and is on the board of the Seattle chapter of the Japanese American Citizens League. www.gabriellenomura.com
