Flamenco is an unfiltered art form expressed through movement and sound, including joy, sadness, love, loss, and all other emotions in between. The history of Spain is intertwined with the sounds of Sephardic, Gypsy, and Arab traditions. The pulse of the guitar, the cry of the voice, and the articulation of the dance gives flamenco its structure.

This showcase features works by Flamenco Maestra’s Amelia Moore, Eve Salonen and Jackie MacLin, highlighting the next generation of up-and-coming Flamenco dancers and accompanied by some of the regions finest Flamenco musicians.
