Mirror, mirror on the wall, who’s the fairest of them all? Snow White, of course! Cast out of her father’s home, the beautiful Snow White seeks refuge with seven dwarves. Determined to derail Snow White’s happiness, the evil Queen repeatedly attempts to harm the poor maiden. The Queen thinks she’s succeeded after Snow White bites a poison apple and falls into a deep slumber. The Prince sees the sleeping Snow White, falls in love, wakes her, and a grand wedding is planned. Danced by the students of Pacific Northwest Ballet School, Snow White is an hour-long narrated version of the treasured classic. Like PNB’s other family-friendly productions of Pinocchio, Beauty and the Beast, and Hansel & GretelSnow White is conceived and choreographed by Bruce Wells and will feature more than 70 students of Pacific Northwest Ballet School in each specially-created, hour-long matinee performance for children and families.  (Snow White does not feature PNB Company dancers.)

Snow White runs for five shows only at Seattle Center’s Marion Oliver McCaw Hall.  Performances are at 12:30 and 3:30 pm on Sunday, March 19 and Saturday, March 25, with a special sensory-friendly performance at 10:30 am on Friday, March 24 (see below).  Young ballet-goers are encouraged to wear their favorite costume! Tickets are available through the PNB Box Office: in person at 301 Mercer Street at Seattle Center, by phone at 206.441.2424, or online at PNB.org.

Sensory-friendly Performance of Snow White

PNB is proud to present an inclusive, sensory-friendly performance of Snow White on Friday, March 24 at 10:30 am.
