WANDER/WONDER: a sculptured dance happening

Choreographer and producer Eva Stone (founder/producer of CHOP SHOP Contemporary Dance Festival) is returning for a second year as creator of a unique site-specific dance event to be held at the Price Sculpture Forest located on Whidbey Island. This natural art space resides on 16+ acres of protected forested land and displays 36 original sculptures by artists from around the world. As patrons wander through the park, dance performances at designated sculptures will take place over a two-hour time period. Viewers are encouraged to wander and wonder through this unique environment of art, nature, and dance. Each performance is directly related to and inspired by the art and environment that surrounds them.

There is a suggested donation of $20 as well as a pay-what-you-can sliding scale. All proceeds from this event will go to support the Gifts from the Heart Food Bank and the Price Sculpture Forest.
