________________
Kinesis Project is offering a very special, community experience called an Installation of Care. Through the geological themes of Bridge Matter/The Reach, and ideas of bridging divides the company is hosting an hour and half window where anyone can sign up, choose a spot and be present with another person for 15-20 minutes.
Bring someone you’ve been meaning to spend time with, read a book together, braid their hair, draw, meditate, or just enjoy the view.
RSVP for time slots and a corresponding color scheme. : https://bit.ly/InstallationofCareSeattle
Enjoy the evening on the renovated Harbor Steps, inches away from the Seattle Art Museum, with a sliver view of Elliot Bay and an easy walk down to the Torchlight parade.
Kinesis Project’s second geological collaboration with Dr. Missy Eppes and her colleagues, Bridge Matter/The Reach is a dance of care, echoes and how our ways of bridging “cracks” parallels the Earth’s processes.
With the colors of sunsets, intricate, compelling movement and Kinesis Project’s signature large-scale and site-responding style, this will be a gorgeous way to spend time in a public space.
VIEWING NOTE: good places to begin are the bottom of the Harbor Steps on Western, or from the Post Alley level of Harbor Steps.
