Khambatta Dance Company (formerly Phffft! Dance Co) is looking for male and female dancers for the 2010-2011 season and beyond including touring (must have U.S. passport). Auditions are October 17th, 2010, from 6 – 8 pm at Velocity Dance Center, 1621 12th Avenue.
Described by the Seattle Times as “…glorious…a Tour de Force…a knockout…,”the company seeks passionate dancers who are open, malleable risk-takers; dependable, punctual, and reliable with a collaborative sensibility. Need strong Modern and partnering skills with a solid ballet background. Contact Improvisation a plus.
Please bring resume and schedule of available times for rehearsal (meet twice a week for 3 hours each). Audition will include repertory work and some partnering. Please come ready to dance. Paid engagement.
